Emerging Threats Portfolio Lead

Job Summary

To build and scale a portfolio of work in national security and complex risk environments, the full-time Emerging Threats Portfolio Lead will manage client relationships, drive business development, and deliver high-impact solutions remotely while engaging with clients in the Washington, DC area.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and grow a book of business within DoD/DoW, DHS, and adjacent mission spaces
• Shape opportunities pre-RFP and build relationships with decision-makers and partners
• Lead execution across a portfolio, ensuring strong client outcomes and quality

Required qualifications

• 10+ years supporting DoD/DoW, DHS, FEMA, CISA, DTRA, or related federal mission areas
• Experience in pipeline development and capture
• Strong network within DoD/DoW, DHS, or related federal agencies
• Experience leading complex program delivery in a consulting environment
• Ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance
