Job Summary
To build and scale a portfolio of work in national security and complex risk environments, the full-time Emerging Threats Portfolio Lead will work remotely while establishing client relationships, driving business development, and delivering high-impact solutions primarily for DoD/DoW, DHS, and related agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and grow a book of business within DoD/DoW, DHS, and adjacent mission spaces while converting opportunities into wins
- Shape opportunities pre-RFP through direct client engagement and lead capture efforts, contributing to revenue growth
- Ensure strong client outcomes and quality execution across the portfolio while serving as a trusted advisor in high-consequence environments
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience supporting DoD/DoW, DHS, FEMA, CISA, DTRA, or related federal mission areas
- Proven experience in pipeline development and capture leadership
- Strong network within DoD/DoW, DHS, or related federal agencies
- Experience in leading complex program delivery in a consulting or professional services environment
- Ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance
