Emerging Threats Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Emerging Threats Portfolio Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of work within national security and complex risk environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and grow a book of business within DoD/DoW, DHS, and adjacent mission spaces
• Shape opportunities pre-RFP through direct client engagement and build relationships with decision-makers
• Lead execution across a portfolio, ensuring strong client outcomes, quality, and margin

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting DoD/DoW, DHS, or aligned federal missions
• Experience contributing to or leading pipeline development and capture
• Proven ability to build client and partner relationships
• Experience leading complex program delivery (scope, budget, staffing)
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
