Employability Coach

Job Summary

Employability Coach, a full-time, fixed-term position for 6 months, is responsible for supporting learners in job placement through personalized coaching, conducting group sessions, and collaborating with employer partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one coaching and group sessions to prepare learners for job applications and interviews
• Utilize digital tools for tracking learner progress and coordinating with team members on placement activities
• Support learners' transition to employment by managing placement activities and ensuring effective communication

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in career coaching, employment counseling, or related fields
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to provide constructive feedback
• Up-to-date knowledge of employability essentials such as CV writing and interviewing skills
• Comfortable with data analysis and utilizing technology, including AI-powered tools
• Experience working with diverse populations is preferred
