Job Summary

Supporting the well-being of the University community, the full-time Employee Assistance Consultant will provide confidential counseling, consultation, and referral services to faculty, staff, and their families while participating in outreach and operational assistance in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver intake, assessment, short-term counseling, and referral services under supervision
  • Participate in case consultation and complete clinical documentation
  • Support FEAP education, outreach, and promotional events
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a Health, Human Services, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience conducting intake assessments and providing short-term counseling in a behavioral health or related setting
  • Basic knowledge of clinical documentation standards and confidentiality requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after adequate training
