Job Summary

Supporting the unique needs of multiple client accounts, the full-time remote Employee Benefits Administrator will manage benefits administration software, ensuring accurate eligibility, enrollment, and billing processes while providing exceptional client service and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and retain client accounts, driving growth through best-in-class service
  • Serve as the primary contact for benefits administration systems, overseeing eligibility, enrollment, and billing workflows
  • Assist with carrier and vendor issues, acting as a liaison and participating in client meetings regarding benefits administration processes
Required qualifications
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience related to employee benefits
  • High School Graduate required; college degree preferred
  • Advanced understanding of employee benefits administration systems, preferably Employee Navigator or comparable
  • Proficiency in internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction
