Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Employee Benefits Advocate to work remotely, who will manage inbound calls regarding employee benefit enrollment, ensuring accurate responses and compliance while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer a wide range of inbound calls professionally and positively in support of clients
  • Document call details accurately and respond thoroughly to caller inquiries
  • Ensure compliance and accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution
Required qualifications
  • Prior experience in service center or customer service roles is required
  • Experience in benefit administration, insurance brokerage, or insurance provider is preferred
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and exceptional phone etiquette
  • Comfortable with technology and a competitive team player
  • Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload) are required
