Job Summary
Supporting clients through inbound calls regarding employee benefit enrollment, the full-time remote Employee Benefits Advocate will ensure compliance, document inquiries, and provide solutions in a positive and professional manner.
Key responsibilities
- Answer a wide range of inbound calls related to employee benefits and provide accurate information
- Document call details thoroughly and ensure timely processing of inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and maintain a high level of customer service
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in service center or customer service roles is required
- Experience in benefit administration, insurance brokerage, or insurance provider is preferred
- Strong customer-centric mindset and exceptional phone etiquette
- Comfortable with technology and able to work under general supervision
- Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload) are required
