Job Summary
Supporting clients through inbound calls regarding employee benefit enrollment, the full-time Employee Benefits Advocate will work remotely, ensuring compliance and providing accurate responses to inquiries while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Key responsibilities
- Answer a broad range of inbound calls in a professional and positive manner
- Document call details accurately and respond thoroughly to caller inquiries
- Ensure compliance and accountability throughout the entire process from receipt of work to resolution
Required qualifications
- Prior benefit administration or customer service experience is preferred
- Strong customer-centric mindset and exceptional phone etiquette
- Comfortable with technology and a competitive team player
- Strong interpersonal skills to succeed in various opportunities
- Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload) are required
