Job Summary

Supporting clients through inbound calls regarding employee benefit enrollment, the full-time Employee Benefits Advocate will work remotely to provide accurate responses, ensure compliance, and document interactions effectively.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer a wide range of inbound calls in a professional and positive manner
  • Document call details accurately and respond thoroughly to caller inquiries
  • Ensure compliance and accountability in processing transactions from receipt to resolution
Required qualifications
  • Service Center and/or Customer Service experience is required
  • Prior benefit administration or insurance experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with technology and a competitive team player
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
