Job Summary
Supporting clients through inbound calls regarding employee benefit enrollment, the full-time Employee Benefits Advocate will work remotely to provide accurate responses, ensure compliance, and document interactions effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Answer a wide range of inbound calls in a professional and positive manner
- Document call details accurately and respond thoroughly to caller inquiries
- Ensure compliance and accountability in processing transactions from receipt to resolution
Required qualifications
- Service Center and/or Customer Service experience is required
- Prior benefit administration or insurance experience is preferred but not required
- Strong customer-centric mindset and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with technology and a competitive team player
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
