Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Employee Benefits Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee third-party administration of employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Administer leave of absence processes and coordinate disability payments with payroll
  • Plan and deliver communications and ongoing global wellbeing programs for employees
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, typically 5-7 years in related fields
  • Minimum of 4 years' benefits administration experience in a publicly traded multinational company
  • Strong knowledge of benefit plan design and compliance requirements
  • Proficient with Microsoft programs and HRIS systems; Workday and ADP experience preferred
  • Experience with Equity programs (ESPP and Long Term Incentive Plans) is a plus
