Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Employee Benefits Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee third-party administration of employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Administer leave of absence processes and coordinate disability payments with payroll
- Plan and deliver communications and ongoing global wellbeing programs for employees
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, typically 5-7 years in related fields
- Minimum of 4 years' benefits administration experience in a publicly traded multinational company
- Strong knowledge of benefit plan design and compliance requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft programs and HRIS systems; Workday and ADP experience preferred
- Experience with Equity programs (ESPP and Long Term Incentive Plans) is a plus
