- Capture customer information and follow up to ensure service issues are resolved
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic computer functions and navigating multiple systems
- Strong learning agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
