Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Benefits Call Center Rep (Temp).

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails regarding employee benefits education and enrollment
  • Provide detailed information on various employee benefits plans and assist with enrollment processes
  • Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and collaborate with the Corporate Benefits team to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and related regulations
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the insurance or employee benefits industry
  • Proficient in M365; knowledge of Oracle-based inquiry management systems preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
