- Monitor and analyze State & Federal regulations impacting employee benefits, providing communications and education
- Develop technical tools and resources for benefit compliance needs and oversee internal compliance systems
- Provide training and support for benefit service teams on compliance topics and workflows
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to manage multiple work streams under pressure
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in training and presenting to teams
