Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze State & Federal regulations impacting employee benefits, providing communications and education
  • Develop technical tools and resources for benefit compliance needs and oversee internal compliance systems
  • Provide training and support for benefit service teams on compliance topics and workflows
Required Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams under pressure
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in training and presenting to teams
