Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Implementation Consultant, Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project execution by managing the implementation project plan from kickoff to closure
  • Manage client onboarding, serving as the main point of contact and guiding clients through the operational setup and training
  • Drive operational readiness by developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring proper handover to account management
Required Qualifications
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing implementation consultant, project management, or technical onboarding role
  • Proven ability to manage complex B2B projects in professional services, financial services, or Insurtech
  • Direct experience in Employee Benefits insurance, including benefit plan administration and client servicing
  • A collaborative mindset to balance client demands with internal operational considerations
