Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Metrics Analyst to enhance data architecture and reporting for the Employee Benefits business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop processes to automate reporting efforts and enhance data infrastructure
• Deliver insights through in-depth analysis to support senior management's strategic thinking
• Create management dashboards to highlight key issues for senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY)
• Experience with data analysis and reporting automation
• Basic understanding of database design patterns and linear regressions
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software engineering principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
