Employee Benefits Operations Lead

Job Summary

To support a high-performance Employee Benefits practice, the full-time remote Employee Benefits Operations Lead will manage day-to-day operations, collaborate with marketing teams, engage with carriers, and coordinate strategic initiatives to enhance client retention and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage programs to support sales and client management teams, driving new business and client retention
• Coordinate regional initiatives and events, ensuring alignment with national standards and strategic priorities
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to leadership for decision-making and performance improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certifications a plus
• 5+ years' experience in employee benefits, insurance brokerage/consulting, or related operational support roles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across various teams and partners
