Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
• Extensive experience in employee benefits brokerage, consulting, insurance, or financial services
• Proven track record of operational leadership and driving business performance
• Experience in leading transformation initiatives and organizational change
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
