- Lead development and launch of group insurance products, ensuring alignment with business strategy
- Conduct market analysis and develop product specifications and filings

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of product management experience in statutory PFML and/or disability products
- Strong expertise in group insurance products and successful product launches
- Experience with product filing processes and regulatory engagement
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
