Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development and launch of group insurance products, ensuring alignment with business strategy
  • Conduct market analysis and develop product specifications and filings
  • Coordinate resources and support product strategy initiatives across cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of product management experience in statutory PFML and/or disability products
  • Strong expertise in group insurance products and successful product launches
  • Experience with product filing processes and regulatory engagement
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
