Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits and Well-Being Specialist Sr.
Key Responsibilities
- Designs and implements benefits and wellness plans, evaluating their cost competitiveness and effectiveness
- Interprets FMLA, state-sponsored leave, and ADA implications related to leaves of absence and disability benefits
- Administers benefit plans, communicates policies, and provides guidance to HR and employees on benefits administration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- SHRM/CEBS/CBP certification preferred
- Typically requires 5+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
- Prior experience with UKG Pro preferred
