Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Benefits and Well-Being Specialist Sr.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designs and implements benefits and wellness plans, evaluating their cost competitiveness and effectiveness
  • Interprets FMLA, state-sponsored leave, and ADA implications related to leaves of absence and disability benefits
  • Administers benefit plans, communicates policies, and provides guidance to HR and employees on benefits administration


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • SHRM/CEBS/CBP certification preferred
  • Typically requires 5+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Prior experience with UKG Pro preferred
