Key Responsibilities

Lead client-facing consulting on Employee Benefits technology systems
Support HRIS and benefits administration platforms, including various systems
Troubleshoot data, eligibility, deductions, and system integrations

Required Qualifications

Strong Employee Benefits knowledge across multiple funding structures
Hands-on experience with at least two HRIS/benefits administration systems
Technical proficiency with data structures, file formats, and system testing
Experience supporting EDI feeds and integrations highly preferred
