A company is looking for a Senior Consultant specializing in Employee Central and Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into practical solutions for clients regarding benefits software
• Support project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Assist in the setup of enrollment portals and applicable benefits and plans

Required Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Associate or Professional Employee Central Certification
• 3 - 4 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Led 3 - 4+ projects focusing on the Employee Central Benefits workstream
• Involved in 7+ projects related to benefits implementation
• Preferred experience in at least 10 implementations of benefits SaaS
