Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Consultant-Employee Central/Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into effective solutions for clients regarding benefits software
• Assist in the setup of the enrollment portal and applicable benefits and plans
• Understand dependencies between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, and carrier integrations for platform configuration

Required Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Associate or Professional Employee Central Certification
• 3 - 4 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Led 3 - 4+ projects focusing on the Employee Central Benefits workstream
• Involved in 7+ projects related to benefits software
• Preferred experience in at least 10 implementations of benefits SaaS
