Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Communications and DE&I Manager in the United States - Hub.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop multi-channel employee communications focusing on transparency and clarity
  • Foster a culture of community, diversity, inclusion, and belonging through Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
  • Manage DEI events, communications, and philanthropy initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR communications or related field
  • Experience in DEI initiatives, ERG oversight, and philanthropy program management
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Preference for candidates based in specific regions like the SF Bay Area, Austin, or New York
  • Work experience and a portfolio demonstrating successful communication outcomes may be considered in lieu of a college degree
