Job Summary
Leading the planning and messaging for enterprise and employee communications, the full-time Employee Communications Lead will develop communication plans, support HR initiatives, and shape enterprise-facing messaging in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develops communications plans for enterprise initiatives and HR campaigns
- Shapes messaging from business units that impacts the broader organization
- Provides strategic communications support to HR and business leaders
Required qualifications
- 8 to 12+ years of communications experience
- Preferred experience in the insurance industry
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with enterprise or employee-facing initiatives
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable messaging
