Job Summary

Leading the planning and messaging for enterprise and employee communications, the full-time Employee Communications Lead will develop communication plans, support HR initiatives, and shape enterprise-facing messaging in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develops communications plans for enterprise initiatives and HR campaigns
• Shapes messaging from business units that impacts the broader organization
• Provides strategic communications support to HR and business leaders

Required qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of communications experience
• Preferred experience in the insurance industry
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience with enterprise or employee-facing initiatives
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable messaging
