Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Employee Communications to support internal communications and execute employee communication programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, draft, and distribute communication content for senior leaders
  • Lead the development and distribution of a bi-weekly newsletter for global employees
  • Manage and optimize communication platforms, including the company intranet and email
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in internal/employee communications at a mid to large organization or agency
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in English, journalism, or communications
  • Expert-level skills with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced proficiency in intranet and email platform management
  • Demonstrated creativity in storytelling and content development
