Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Employee Communications to support internal communications and execute employee communication programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, draft, and distribute communication content for senior leaders
- Lead the development and distribution of a bi-weekly newsletter for global employees
- Manage and optimize communication platforms, including the company intranet and email
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in internal/employee communications at a mid to large organization or agency
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in English, journalism, or communications
- Expert-level skills with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced proficiency in intranet and email platform management
- Demonstrated creativity in storytelling and content development
