Employee Communications Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Communications Manager, People Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel employee communications for People & Places programs
• Serve as a trusted communications partner to PPL leaders, providing counsel on messaging and communication planning
• Measure and analyze communications effectiveness, translating insights into actionable recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in communications related to employees, human resources, or business
• Technical communications experience preferred
• Ability to develop communications strategies aligned with business objectives
• Experience supporting multi-channel employee communications
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders
