Employee Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Development Specialist to join their Workforce Learning & Development organization in Auburn, WA.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply instructional skills to prepare, deliver, and assess training programs
• Use various media to effectively convey information and engage learners
• Identify learning objectives and adapt curriculum content and delivery methods accordingly

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in Fabrication, Assembly, Composites, and/or Quality Systems
• Experience in training and instructional skills
• Ability to assess requirements and schedule courses and instructors
• Experience in analyzing and coordinating training requests for new hires and transfers
• Willingness to support off-shift training as necessary
