Job Summary
The full-time Employee Engagement and Development Coordinator will foster a positive, growth-oriented environment by designing tailored career development programs, enhancing employee engagement initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to align employee development with company goals in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement career development programs and engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and collaboration
- Conduct quarterly one-on-one meetings to understand employee motivations and provide growth resources
- Develop and track KPIs related to employee engagement and retention, providing transparent reporting to leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration, or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in employee engagement and learning & development, preferably in an IT or MSP environment
- Experience with developing and implementing employee engagement strategies
- Proficiency in analyzing employee feedback and engagement data
- Strong organizational and planning skills
