Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Employee Engagement Specialist, the full-time remote role will drive employee engagement initiatives through data analytics, connecting measurement to organizational outcomes and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the employee listening strategy, including survey methodology and feedback channels
- Analyze engagement metrics and develop actionable strategies to improve employee experience
- Partner with HR and leadership to execute engagement initiatives and present findings to senior management
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Data Science, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, HR Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in people analytics or employee engagement
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, Excel) and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of employee engagement principles and survey methodologies
- Excellent ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
