• Design and publish the Engagement Playbook and maintain an Engagement intranet site
• Engage with stakeholders to assess and improve connectivity and collaboration
• Leverage survey data to provide actionable insights and establish engagement metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience
• Knowledge of engagement and organizational development principles
• Proven track record in enhancing engagement outcomes and business results
• Experience in developing enterprise resources and internal platforms
• Strong program and project management skills in a complex environment
