Employee Experience Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting customer employee survey programs, the full-time Employee Experience Analyst will build and configure surveys, create data visualizations, and prepare customer-ready deliverables while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Consultants to prepare and configure survey materials in the Perceptyx platform
• Export and structure quantitative data to create visual outputs for executive presentations
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy in survey configurations and final deliverables

Required qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related research or data-related role is preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in data visualization
• Undergraduate degree preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering accurate, customer-ready results
