Employee Experience Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of customer employee survey programs, the full-time Employee Experience Analyst will build and configure surveys, create data visualizations, and prepare accurate deliverables while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partnering with Consultants to prepare survey materials and execute configuration tasks in the Perceptyx platform
• Exporting and structuring quantitative data in Excel to create executive-ready visuals and reports
• Performing quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy across survey configurations and final deliverables

Required qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related research or data-related role is preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering accurate, customer-ready results
• Undergraduate degree preferred
