Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Experience Consultant to manage and implement internal communications strategies and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated employee experience strategies to support organizational goals
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal communications and manage communication projects
  • Drive intranet content strategy and manage employee-facing communication channels
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Human Resources, or related field
  • Six years of experience in internal communications across various mediums
  • Ability to recommend and influence communication approaches based on audience segments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, SharePoint, and desktop publishing applications
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and adapt to change
