Key Responsibilities
- Set the enterprise employee experience strategy and roadmap, aligning programs to business priorities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to HR leadership on engagement drivers and employee experience interventions
- Present insights to executive audiences and own the design and execution of in-office events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced certifications a plus
- 7+ years of progressive HR/EX/OD/HRBP experience
- Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders and presenting to executive audiences
- Strong data fluency and program leadership capabilities
