Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Set the enterprise employee experience strategy and roadmap, aligning programs to business priorities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to HR leadership on engagement drivers and employee experience interventions
  • Present insights to executive audiences and own the design and execution of in-office events
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced certifications a plus
  • 7+ years of progressive HR/EX/OD/HRBP experience
  • Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders and presenting to executive audiences
  • Strong data fluency and program leadership capabilities
