Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver blended learning programs to help employees adopt new tools and ways of working
  • Build engaging curricula to support specific behavior shifts within teams
  • Develop learning assets and partner with teams to identify learning needs and align on delivery methods
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in learning experience design or instructional design
  • Proven ability to create learning content and facilitate sessions
  • Strong grasp of adult learning theory and instructional best practices
  • Project management skills and ability to self-direct in a fast-paced environment
