Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in employee experience, program management, or related fields
  • Proven track record of designing and executing employee engagement initiatives
  • Experience managing large projects and programs independently
  • Familiarity with Employee Resource Groups and community-building programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
