Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in employee experience, program management, or related fields
- Proven track record of designing and executing employee engagement initiatives
- Experience managing large projects and programs independently
- Familiarity with Employee Resource Groups and community-building programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
