Employee Experience Program Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage culture and values programming, including recognition and onboarding initiatives
• Coordinate in-office and remote employee connection activities, enhancing community engagement
• Provide operational support for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and manage the internship program

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee experience, program management, or related fields
• Proven track record of designing and executing employee engagement initiatives
• Experience managing large projects and programs independently
• Familiarity with Employee Resource Groups and community-building programs
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
