Job Summary

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6-8 years of experience in employee experience, HR program management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing programs or initiatives end-to-end
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and develop actionable insights
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across teams and levels
