Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct live, phone-based interviews with employees during exit, new hire, and stay interviews
  • Capture employee insights to identify frustrations, motivations, and interests
  • Uncover important employee observations and organizational trends
Required Qualifications
  • Natural curiosity and enthusiasm for talking with people
  • Strong interest in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Psychology
  • Typing rate of 50 WPM or more
  • Access to a stable and strong internet connection
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a must
