- Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives and culture-building campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in employee engagement, employee experience, or related field
- Experience managing recognition programs or onboarding strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
