  • Own and evolve employee recognition programs and engagement campaigns
  • Manage onboarding programs to ensure a seamless new-hire experience
  • Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives and culture-building campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in employee engagement, employee experience, or related field
  • Experience managing recognition programs or onboarding strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
