Employee Experience Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives, the fully remote Specialist - Employee Experience will assist with onboarding, maintain employee data, and conduct focus groups to enhance workplace culture.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure they integrate into the company culture
• Conduct focus groups to gather employee feedback and shape future engagement efforts
• Manage and deliver New Hire Orientation and presentation materials

Required qualifications:

• Experience in human resources or employee engagement initiatives
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and employee lifecycle management
• Ability to conduct focus groups and analyze feedback effectively
• Proficiency in using data tracking tools and maintaining accurate records
