Employee Giving Specialist
Job Summary
Collaborating with leadership to enhance employee engagement, the full-time remote Employee Giving Specialist will develop and execute annual giving programs, manage donor communications, and build awareness of philanthropy among employees.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in creating and delivering annual giving tactics, including donor communications and stewardship activities
- Build multi-channel content and communications plans focused on demonstrating the impact of philanthropy
- Coordinate with the Annual Programs team to maintain accurate records of all gifts in a timely manner
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2 years of experience in employee giving or annual giving with a proven track record
- Ability to establish goals, objectives, and meet deadlines under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cultivating relationships with diverse individuals
- Experience managing multiple competing tasks and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced environment
