  • Utilize various systems to resolve issues related to insurance and billing
  • Advise members on provider network requirements and assist with Healthy Choice enrollment
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Two years of experience in health insurance claims processing or customer service
  • Previous customer service or billing experience
  • PC skills proficiency
