- Utilize various systems to resolve issues related to insurance and billing
- Advise members on provider network requirements and assist with Healthy Choice enrollment
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Two years of experience in health insurance claims processing or customer service
- Previous customer service or billing experience
- PC skills proficiency
