Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Lifecycle & Pre Payroll Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the PRE Payroll, Employee lifecycle, and Offboarding team while optimizing performance
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll-related data management and oversee the LTIP rollout
  • Manage the employee offboarding process and participate in global projects to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in a shared services environment
  • Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish
  • Proven experience in compensation and payroll data management
  • Experience with HRIS systems and understanding of employee lifecycle processes
