Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Employee Listening, People Analytics, or Organizational Development
- Proven ability to manage large, complex programs with global impact
- Strong data literacy and experience with talent data and dashboards
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging senior executives
