Qualifications:

• Master's degree in HR, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in improving employee engagement and satisfaction
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
• Knowledge of employee feedback and communication best practices
