Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end process for Employee Navigator builds and renewals, the contract Employee Navigator Specialist will work remotely to manage client transitions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality assurance for benefit plan configurations in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute Employee Navigator builds and renewal rebuilds, including plan configuration and eligibility rules
  • Manage EASE-to-Employee Navigator migrations, coordinating agency transfers and troubleshooting migration issues
  • Complete QA checks on builds before they go live and provide technical support to the Client Success team
Required qualifications
  • Expert-level experience in configuring and managing benefit plan builds in Employee Navigator
  • Experience with EASE-to-Employee Navigator migrations and familiarity with EASE agency transfers
  • Working knowledge of 834 EDI and API carrier file feeds
  • Prior experience in a brokerage or benefits consulting environment with employer group clients
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client builds and support tickets simultaneously
