Job Summary
Overseeing a defined book of business, the full-time remote Employee Navigator Team Lead will manage the delivery, quality, and performance of client services while coaching team members and ensuring project execution aligns with client expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery and performance of the pod, ensuring timely completion of projects and service requests
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members, establishing clear performance expectations and conducting performance reviews
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary escalation point for issues and ensuring timely resolutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working with Employee Navigator
- 3-5 years of people leadership experience (preferred)
- Experience leading implementations and renewals within a benefits administration environment (preferred)
