Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Onboarding Specialist to manage the operational execution of their employee onboarding program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for new hires from offer acceptance through Day 1
  • Conduct check-ins and track onboarding progress, including milestone conversations and completion of training paths
  • Maintain onboarding trackers and contribute to performance reports for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, onboarding, or related roles
  • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms
  • Experience in a Greenhouse (or similar ATS) environment
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple new hires and timelines
  • Comfortable operating in a fully remote, distributed workforce environment
