Job Summary
Facilitating a welcoming environment for new employees, the part-time Employee Orientation Educator will effectively deliver orientation information, support new hires in understanding organizational goals, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the onboarding process remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate and deliver employee orientation sessions, ensuring a positive onboarding experience
- Collaborate with department managers and participate in NEO Faculty meetings to improve orientation processes
- Support new hires in navigating the organization and understanding its strategic goals
Required qualifications
- High school education required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous presentation experience is required
- Demonstrated skills in organizing, prioritizing, and problem-solving
- Strong communication skills
