Job Summary

Facilitating a welcoming environment for new employees, the part-time Employee Orientation Educator will effectively deliver orientation information, support new hires in understanding organizational goals, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the onboarding process remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Facilitate and deliver employee orientation sessions, ensuring a positive onboarding experience
  • Collaborate with department managers and participate in NEO Faculty meetings to improve orientation processes
  • Support new hires in navigating the organization and understanding its strategic goals
Required qualifications
  • High school education required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous presentation experience is required
  • Demonstrated skills in organizing, prioritizing, and problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills
